1. Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using exambus.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with local laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on exambus.in for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This license does not transfer ownership, and under it you may not:
- Modify or copy materials
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer software
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer materials to another person or mirror them on other servers
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment must be made in full at booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the website.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Partial Refund (60%): Cancellations 24+ hours before departure receive a 60% refund.
- Partial Refund (40%): Cancellations 12–24 hours before departure receive a 40% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure are not eligible for refund.
- No Refund: No-shows or cancellations after departure are not eligible for refund.
- No Refund (Misbehavior): The bus coordinator has the right to cancel a ticket for any misbehavior, and no refund will be provided.
- No Refund (Chart Prepared): No refund will be issued once the travel chart has been prepared and a bus number has been allotted.
- Full Refund (Uncontrollable Circumstances): If the bus is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or technical issues), a full refund will be issued excluding payment gateway charges (2%).
- No Refund (Delay at Boarding Point): If you fail to reach the boarding point on time for any reason, you will be solely responsible, and no refund will be provided.
- Legal Action (Harassment): Any form of harassment, especially towards female passengers, will result in immediate action as per Indian government penal laws.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and service improvements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data except as required by law or to process payments securely.
Payment info is processed securely through our partners (Razorpay, UPI, etc.). We do not store sensitive financial data like card details or UPI PINs.
6. User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activities under your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
exambus.in, its directors, employees, or affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Policies at any time without notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
